First day of my week off trip! Headed to TaiChung with 7 of my favorite people in the morning, we went there by taking the TRA. It took around 2 hours to get there, and the first thing we did was to have our lunch of course.
Had our lunch at the 宫原眼科, a very luxury and unique place, where they sell lots of traditional food and Taiwanese souvenirs. It is a must try thing, and it is onthe top of list for people who go to TaiChung. Yup.
Checked in our hostel later on, it was a backpacker hostel, very cozy tho, we had a cafe to chill there.
Then it was shopping time! Went to walk around the 一中街, I was with Ben and Chopper, and I managed to get what I want. And the rice ball there, mmmm super yum!
Met up with the girls, and took two cabs to the TaiChung night market.
And the funny thing was, we went to the different night market in TaiChung. Apparently it was the people from the other cab, they didn't really know which night market we were heading to. Hahaha. Laugh die me.
So, I had the really big BBQ squid thing in the night market, it was nice for the first bite, and I got really bored of the taste... Haha wasn't very good tho.
Headed back to the hostel and all the girls came over to chill in boys' room. Had a very great first day of our trip with them!
